Cancellation Policy
Gatekeeper Defense Training – Booking & Cancellation Policy: We understand that life happens—but due to limited class sizes and high demand, we have a firm policy to keep our training schedule fair and efficient for everyone. Cancellations & Refunds: -You may cancel your booking up to 72 hours before your scheduled class for a partial refund. -A $25 administrative fee will be deducted to cover range coordination, instructor prep time, and processing costs. -Refunds are issued via your original payment method. Rescheduling After 72 Hours: -Cancellations made within 72 hours of your class are non-refundable, but we can move your booking to a future course date—for a $25 charge. -To reschedule, contact us directly at: gatekeeperdefensetraining@gmail.com No-Shows: -If you do not attend your scheduled training and do not notify us beforehand, your payment will be forfeited. No refunds or rescheduling without prior communication. Special Circumstances: -In the case of severe weather, instructor emergency, or range shutdown, Gatekeeper will either reschedule your class or offer a full refund—your choice. Minimum Enrollment Requirement: Gatekeeper Defense Training reserves the right to reschedule, combine, or adjust classes if the minimum number of participants is not met. -If your course does not reach the required attendance, we may: -Offer to move you to the next available session. -Combine your class with a similar level course on a nearby date. -Offer a one-on-one or small group option (when available, at instructor discretion). -We will notify you at least 24–48 hours in advance, and will work with you to find the most convenient solution. No One Left Behind: -If no alternative date works for you, you may request: -A credit for future training, or A full refund, if the course was canceled and no reasonable alternative was provided. Why This Exists: This policy ensures all students receive the quality instruction, hands-on coaching, and safe training environment we promise—without diluting the experience due to under-attended sessions.
