Cancellation Policy

Gatekeeper Defense Training – Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Due to limited class sizes and the advance costs required to conduct professional firearms training, the following policy applies to all Gatekeeper Defense Training courses. Booking Commitment When you register for a class, you are reserving a limited training slot. Please confirm your availability before booking. Cancellations Cancellations are not permitted within 45 days of the scheduled class date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made inside the 45-day window. Cancellations made more than 45 days prior to the class date are eligible for a refund minus a $25 administrative fee. This fee covers range coordination, instructor scheduling, and preparation costs. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Rescheduling Students may reschedule their enrollment at no charge with written notice provided no later than 72 hours prior to the class date. Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing to info@gatekeeperdefense.training Rescheduled classes are subject to availability and must be completed within a reasonable timeframe. Requests made inside 72 hours may not be accommodated except in rare emergency situations. No-Shows Failure to attend a scheduled class without prior written communication will result in forfeiture of all tuition. No refunds or rescheduling will be offered. Weather, Instructor, or Range-Related Cancellations If a class is canceled due to weather, instructor emergency, range closure, or other safety-related issues, students will be rescheduled into a future class date. Minimum Enrollment Gatekeeper Defense Training reserves the right to reschedule or combine classes if minimum enrollment is not met. Students will be notified in advance and placed into the next appropriate session. By booking a class, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
